Another old Fringe Division song and probably my favourite. Or joint favourite.

Naturally asking dave if he was happy to get involved in this followed the question about him being happy if I revisited some of our songs. He plays guitar + keyboard here, keeping it very faithful to the Fringe Division version. Kevin laid down the bass. My rhythm guitar was a bit too sloppy, so we stripped some of that away + that allowed the keyboard + bass to drive it, while maintaining some of the Morricone influence in there.

I felt that the second half of the song needed a stylistic shift. Nothing dramatic, but something. I've been really getting into a few Toto albums + I was very fond of Craig's shift in Tin Man (King of the Stuntmen). Something like that was in my thoughts + I know an influence in there was Lukather, so I suggested something Toto-esque. He obliged. I think it works really well... I dig the interplay + weaving w/Dave's parts especially. It's busy, but retains space + it doesn't distract from the framework or vibe of the song.
